Job Description
Renesas Electronics is seeking a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer-AI who will ensure quality and reliability performance of products by performing best-in-class product qualification and reliability monitoring. The PQE will work cross-functionally with various teams to prevent defects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in a Quality Engineer or Reliability Engineer role
  • Good understanding of semiconductor industry and in semiconductor modules including SPS for AI/data center application
  • Strong knowledge on industry quality, reliability standards, and qualification methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
