Role OverviewWe are seeking a Principal Quality Engineer to join our team. In this position, you will use process improvement tactics to collect data and analyze current operating procedures to determine which continuous improvement process technique is the best for our situation. You will be responsible for the inception, maintenance, and update of central directives pertaining to systematic problem solving, process quality engineering, and Lean manufacturing principles within QMS.
What You Will Do
Leads cross-functional process improvements, identifies and drives root cause corrective action, acts as primary point of contact for customers, develops and monitors quality metrics, and provides leadership and oversight to lower-level quality personnel.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 8+ years relevant work experience
- Experience with continuous quality improvement activities in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management Systems compliance
- Demonstrated history of leading Kaizen events
- Strong digital, written, and verbal communication skills
