Job Description
Gentex Corporation is a global leader in personal protection and situational awareness solutions. The Principal Quality Engineer will develop, document, and train quality methodologies and analytical techniques to monitor product performance and focus on continual improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • B.S. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience with quality concepts, metrics, and problem-solving methodologies
  • Expert use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Minitab, Lean manufacturing, and Lean/6-Sigma Green Belt
  • Certified ISO9001 Lead Auditor and AS9100 Lead Auditor desired
