Requirements

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation and standardisation of the Quality Management System
  • Drive alignment with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards across all functions
  • Act as a technical authority on quality systems, governance, and documentation architecture
  • Build and maintain a centralised repository for processes, templates, and standards
  • Define information architecture and content strategy for internal documentation systems
  • Improve documentation usability, accessibility, and audit readiness
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to enhance product quality, diagnosability, and serviceability
  • Establish scalable process frameworks to reduce inconsistencies
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of improvement initiatives
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop training and learning programs to support adoption of QMS updates
