As a Principal Radar Systems Engineer, you will participate in challenging multi-disciplinary work consisting of: Radar Development, Requirements Development, Functional Allocation, Maintenance, Modeling Simulation, and Analysis, Integration & Test of Radar Hardware and Software, Flight Tests and Performance Analysis, Radar System Sell-Off. What You Will Do

As a Principal Radar Systems Engineer, you will participate in challenging multi-disciplinary work consisting of: Radar Development, Requirements Development, Functional Allocation, Maintenance, Modeling Simulation, and Analysis, Integration & Test of Radar Hardware and Software, Flight Tests and Performance Analysis, Radar System Sell-Off.

We're looking for Systems Engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, engaging in a dynamic team environment, and are eager to learn. You will have experience in radar or RF systems, experience as a Systems Engineer including two or more of the following: requirements, design; specification development, modeling, simulation, or performance analysis; HW/ SW integration and test and verification, experience in a technical leadership position, and strong technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience in radar or RF systems
  • Experience as a Systems Engineer including two or more of the following: requirements, design; specification development, modeling, simulation, or performance analysis; HW/ SW integration and test and verification
  • Experience in a technical leadership position
