Role OverviewThe Principal RF Engineer will lead the design and development of highly integrated RF, microwave, and mm-wave subassemblies and systems for high-reliability defense environments. This role will drive requirements, architecture, analysis, design, test, and transition to production for complex RF electronic hardware while collaborating across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams.
What You Will Do
Lead detailed design and development of RF circuits, modules, and subsystems, provide technical inputs for program plans, proposals, and bid activities, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to RF product design, manufacturing, and test.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or physics
- Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in high reliability, aerospace, or defense electronics product development and manufacturing
- Experience designing and testing RF IMAs and CCAs
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience in RF product development
- Extensive experience testing and troubleshooting RF/microwave, analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits
- Expertise operating RF/microwave test equipment and RF simulation tools such as Microwave Office, ADS, or HFSS
- Active security clearance required on day one
