Principal Software Engineer/Developer

Drives design, implementation, and governance of end-to-end Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions across the organization. Develops and architects enterprise scale Archer GRC solutions that support complex, cross domain business processes.

Participates in architecture design teams, defines and implements application-level architecture, develops applications on complex projects, and recommends development testing tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent)
• five (5) years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) developing modules and solutions in Archer GRC and integrating Archer modules with third party applications
• Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) configuring advanced workflows, data driven events, access controls, application notifications, and complex mail merges for individual use cases in Archer
• DE creating software features to implement complex workflows for GRC solutions within Archer platform, using access control, advanced workflows, data driven events, end-user reports, custom objects, application notifications, and mail merge
• DE configuring and integrating Archer with internal and external systems (ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Qualys, and database systems), using APIs and JavaScript (JST) data feeds
• DE performing advanced customizations and automation using SQL and scripting and programming language (JavaScript and Python); and participating in sprint planning, daily scrum, and sprint retrospectives using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
