Role OverviewThe Principal Software Engineer/Developer will use business knowledge to translate the vision for divisional initiatives into business solutions by developing complex software applications and conducting studies of alternatives. The role will analyze and recommend changes in project development policies, procedures, standards, and strategies to development experts and management.

Primary responsibilities include participating in architecture design teams, defining and implementing application-level architecture, developing applications on complex projects, and recommending development testing tools and methodologies.

Requirements
