Role OverviewThe Principal Software Engineer will be the technical anchor for our brand new engineering hub in Orlando, working directly alongside our VP of Engineering and a 2x Founder CEO. The role involves owning architecture across multiple product areas, setting standards, and making technical decisions that decide the direction of the platform.
What You Will Do
The Principal Software Engineer will own platform architecture, design systems for growth, establish patterns for the wider engineering org, and define how to use AI in the product and engineering org. They will also shape the roadmap, work directly with product leadership, and drive cross-team initiatives.
