Role OverviewWe're looking for a senior IC role to own architecture across multiple product areas, designing systems that can support 10–100x growth without a rewrite. You'll work directly with our VP of Engineering and CEO, and be responsible for solving the hardest problems in the company.
What You Will Do
You'll own technical problems such as agentic AI in a regulated environment, deep EHR integration, target-state architecture for the platform, and AI engineering itself. You'll also be responsible for building the first mile of the migration yourself.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for a deep engineering background, hands-on fluency with applied AI, and high agency. You should have operated at Staff+ level somewhere with a genuinely high bar, and be able to point at architectural decisions a company still runs on.
