Job Description
Join IQVIA as a Principal, Strategy Consulting, Patient Centered Solutions, and lead client/project leadership, business development, and operational leadership roles. Develop and deliver insightful strategies, lead sales efforts, oversee delivery teams, and contribute to continuous improvement and development of the PCS function.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in pharmaceutical consulting within a Professional Services business with evidence of career progression
  • 7+ years of experience developing and delivering multinational strategic consulting projects in patient-centered outcomes research
  • Demonstrated expertise in the design, development, and customization of Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs) for pharmaceutical clients
  • Proven track record of serving in sell and deliver roles, fostering client relationships, leadership and people development
  • Ability to engage clients and direct project teams on patient-centered research and the associated methods
  • Strong experience in Patient Centered Outcomes research projects and knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments regulatory and scientific guidelines
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial nature and interest in developing custom, strategic client solutions
