The Lead will work across all integration and flight test activities, ensuring all program SI&T activities are correctly scheduled, resourced, and effectively supported to meet program and customer milestones. Requirements

  • Lead a team of engineers in integration and flight test tasking in preparation for lab and field test execution
  • Make cost and schedule decisions to meet monthly and annual reporting requirements
  • Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test performs according to specifications/requirements
  • Support field testing and occasional travel for durations typically for a one- or two-week duration
  • Support Proposal and EAC activities
  • Support customer meetings
