Role OverviewWe are seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to support the Design Agent in developing new hardware and software to expand the capabilities of the Guided Missile Weapon System. You will be responsible for technical rigor of requirements documents, including developing/writing requirements, updating existing requirements, coordination of requirement maintenance, across team collaboration, sharing program process knowledge, mentoring engineers, and working with the technical and program leads execute program tasks.
What You Will Do
Maintain specifications and technical data package for production and development program, develop new employees to become effective systems engineers, work closely with industry partners on engineering projects, and manage a cross-functional team over multiple projects.

Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience.
- Experience in Systems Engineering in one or more of the following areas: Developing & Refining CONOPS, System Architecture, System Requirement, Requirements Verification Strategies & Plans
- Experience managing, completing, and/or coordinating program contract deliverables
- Experience with developing system requirements specifications and requirements management processes
- Verification and Qualification testing experience
