Role OverviewAs a Principal Technical Business Developer, you will serve as the senior individual contributor and subject matter expert for capital equipment sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management. You will own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle — from supplier identification and RFQ execution through contract award and delivery — for high-value equipment, automation systems, tooling, and more.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or procurement in an industrial automation, or similar technical environment
- Experience managing CAPEX procurement programs and vendor portfolios for complex environments, including equipment, automation, and tooling
- Experience leading contract negotiations with OEMs, equipment manufacturers, or construction contractors for agreements of significant value
- Experience developing sourcing strategies, procurement frameworks, or standard operating procedures that have been adopted across an organization
- Technical background or demonstrated experience in automation or new product introduction
