Job Description
ERM is seeking a Power Platform Technical Consultant (Principal Technical Consultant) to join our growing team. As part of a new and dynamic group within ERM—a leading global environmental organization—you will collaborate closely with our Power Platform Team to design and deliver Microsoft solutions.

Requirements

  • Design, develop, and implement Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps to meet business and client needs.
  • Build and manage Dataverse databases and ensure effective integration within the Power Platform.
  • Create data models and visualizations in Power BI that provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business challenges, and deliver effective low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Collaborate with UX Designers, data analysts, data scientists, and the Power Platform Lead to deliver comprehensive digital solutions.
  • Develop and maintain workflows and automations using Power Automate, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Build conversational experiences with Power Virtual Agents and create external-facing solutions with Power Pages/Portals.
  • Test solutions against requirements, ensuring functionality and alignment with acceptance criteria.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and continuously improve existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into development cycles and maintain clear communication on delivery progress.
  • Provide input on project estimates and pipeline planning to support team and organizational growth.
