Principal Test Engineer 16401

Requirements

• Lead and execute integration, regression, and functional testing for complex, highly integrated systems
• Develop and maintain expert-level test plans, test strategies, and documentation aligned with established testing standards
• Analyze functional and technical requirements to design comprehensive manual and automated test cases
• Coordinate and perform System Integration Testing (SIT) activities across cross-functional teams
• Design automation-ready test cases and develop, execute, and troubleshoot complex automated test scripts
• Build and maintain automation using approved DevSecOps and low-code automation frameworks
• Integrate test automation artifacts into CI/CD pipelines and ensure audit traceability within Azure DevOps
• Perform advanced root cause analysis for defects; document findings and partner with developers on resolution
• Track, prioritize, and manage defects throughout the defect lifecycle
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to testing peers on advanced testing and automation practices
• Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies, sizing, estimation, and release planning
• Identify testing process, data, and technology improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
• Communicate testing progress, risks, blockers, and results clearly to technical and business stakeholders
