Job Description
We are seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) to support the Mission Solutions & Payloads portfolio in the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) strategic business unit. The ideal candidate will manage and execute material program strategy and plan, provide supply chain support, and own supplier management activities.

Requirements

  • Manage and execute material program strategy (MPS) and the material program plan (MPP)
  • Provide Supply Chain support for RLPM activities and ensure IPDP compliance
  • Own supplier management activities and performance
  • Support supply chain proposal activities including pricing and bases of estimates
  • Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives
  • Identify opportunities for small business participation
  • Work closely with Engineering, Mission Assurance, and Operations to create common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
  • Monitor and proactively act to address performance and financial metrics
  • Responsible for financial tasks related to material
  • Flow down Program Requirements and Supplier Management Best Practices to suppliers
