Role OverviewAs an Insert Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring bank statements, notices, and other time-sensitive client communications are accurately prepared and delivered. You will set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot high-speed inserting equipment; verify materials and job specifications; perform quality checks; and prepare completed mail pieces for outbound delivery.
What You Will Do
Rendering bank statements and notices and preparing statements and notices for outbound mail in a high volume, time-sensitive environment. Troubleshooting printing equipment errors and arranging for outside maintenance calls if needed. Performing quality control procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in one of the following areas: assembly line, manufacturing, warehouse, mailroom, printing, bindery operations, banking, or quality control or general work experience.
- Must be able to stand/sit for extended hours and to lift 20-50 pounds as required.
- Must have the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be attentive to the details and able to meet tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be willing to work ONSITE at our Allen TX facility.
