Role OverviewLead and manage 2nd shift operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. This role requires a blend of printing expertise and leadership to manage shifts that often have less direct oversight from upper management.
What You Will Do
Oversee day-to-day activities to meet output, quality, and delivery goals. Conduct daily turnover sessions, supervise and train employees, and enforce adherence to safety policies.

Requirements
- Mechanically inclined with previous experience making production decisions in a print environment
- Knowledge in various technical environments of digital print, offset, bindery, mailing and inserting and fulfillment
- Demonstrated work ethic with the ability to work quickly and efficiently managing a very fast paced machine environment
- Demonstrated ability to Supervise in a manufacturing environment with a positive, supportive and professional manner that leads others to perform
- Willingness and availability to occasionally travel to other production locations
