Print Solutions & Estimating Specialist

Britten Inc. is a world-class event fabricator that partners with leading brands and agencies to design, engineer, and build high-impact environments. We are seeking a detail-oriented Print Solutions & Estimating Specialist to support the growth of our large-format printing and signage business.

What You Will Do

Prepare detailed estimates for large-format print, signage, graphics, and nationwide rollout projects, analyzing customer specifications and bid documents to develop accurate pricing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent estimating experience
• 3+ years of estimating, pricing, inside sales, or project coordination experience in commercial printing, large-format graphics, signage, manufacturing, or related industries
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and complex spreadsheets
• Experience preparing high-volume, multi-location, or nationwide project bids
• Strong mathematical aptitude with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to interpret specifications, construction drawings, and customer requirements
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple bids with competing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working within CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
