Role OverviewWe are seeking Printer Technicians to support a large-scale printer relocation, replacement, and retirement project in Bristol, CT. This is a hands-on, onsite role ideal for technicians with experience supporting, deploying, configuring, and moving a wide range of printer hardware.
What You Will Do
Move, relocate, retire, and replace printers throughout a large campus environment, support a variety of printer hardware, transport printers between floors and buildings, install and set up replacement printer devices, perform basic printer configuration, connect and validate printers within the network environment, test devices to ensure proper functionality following installation or relocation.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Printer Technician, Field Technician, Desktop Support Technician, Deployment Technician, or similar IT support professional
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, relocating, or troubleshooting printers and multifunction devices
- Experience supporting printer hardware ranging from desktop printers to larger MFPs
- Basic understanding of networking and printer connectivity
- Experience configuring or verifying IP and MAC addresses
- Ability to physically move and transport IT and printer equipment between floors and buildings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow technical processes and accurately document completed work
