Role OverviewThe Priority Technical Measure is a key technical resource supporting installation operations across the business. This role works with Design Consultants, Installation Managers, Operations leaders, installers, and homeowners to ensure projects are accurately measured, properly documented, and set up for successful installation.
What You Will Do
Review project information and available images to accurately measure windows and doors and determine appropriate installation methods. Provide clear installation instructions, expectations, and documentation to field teams. Support installation teams when technical questions or field challenges arise.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in construction, window installation, construction management, or a related field, and/or a bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of residential window and door installation.
- Experience with CRM, scheduling, or workflow management systems.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Basic proficiency with iOS and Apple-based technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform extended periods of computer-based work.
