Privacy & Security Associate Attorney - Midlevel

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience practicing law
• Experience with pre-trial litigation, including briefing, written discovery, document production, and depositions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice
• Comfort with analyzing and interpreting laws and regulations and contributing to strategy
• Passion for technology and working collaboratively with clients
• Superior academic credentials and top AmLaw firm experience
• Familiarity with both Federal and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
