Role OverviewThe Business Analyst, Private Client Group serves as a strategic partner to the Head of Private Client Group, exercising independent analytical judgment to provide analytical support, business intelligence, portfolio reporting, project coordination, and day-to-day business support. This role is designed for an individual who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, fluent in the practical application of AI tools, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial banking environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial banking, financial services, business analytics, or a related support role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, lookup functions, dashboard development, and financial modeling
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar)
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and lending platforms preferred
- Familiarity with commercial lending, credit analysis, term sheet preparation, and banking operations is strongly preferred
