FinTrust Connect has partnered with a leading regional financial institution to identify a seasoned Private Client Team Lead to oversee high-net-worth client relationships and a team of Private Banking professionals in the Florida Keys market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or formal credit training preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in private banking, wealth, or commercial lending.
  • Prior leadership experience managing bankers or financial advisory teams.
  • Strong credit acumen and comfort with complex lending structures and high-net-worth client needs.
  • Deep knowledge of financial products, cash flow lending, estate planning needs, and regulatory compliance;
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills with a polished executive presence.
  • Must reside within commutable distance to the Florida Keys.
