Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will have substantial experience advising early-stage and growth-stage companies, particularly venture-backed businesses, throughout their growth cycle. This role offers the opportunity to advise high-growth companies and their investors on sophisticated corporate matters while contributing to the continued development of a national private companies practice.
What You Will Do
Counsel early-stage and growth-stage companies on a broad range of general corporate matters. Advise venture-backed companies throughout their growth cycle, from formation through later-stage development and liquidity events. Represent companies and investors in venture capital financings. Advise clients on liquidity events and other strategic corporate transactions.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of substantial corporate experience at a national or international law firm
- Significant experience working with early-stage and growth-stage companies
- Deep experience counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters
- Experience with venture capital financings and liquidity events
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction, or eligibility for admission, required
Benefits
- Anticipated salary range of $260,000–$390,000 annually
