What You Will Do
As a private drum teacher, you will teach engaging, personalized, and effective lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels. You will create a positive and encouraging lesson environment, help students grow musically, and inspire participation in performance opportunities.

Requirements
- A strong musical background demonstrated by at least 2 years of college-level music training, 5 years of teaching or professional performance experience, or an equivalent combination
- A bachelor's degree in music education, performance, or a related field is preferred; candidates currently working toward a degree are also encouraged to apply
- Experience working with a variety of learners of all ages and skill levels is preferred
- Ability to successfully complete an initial background check, as well as recurring background checks every three years as a condition of employment
