Role OverviewAngels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the home setting.
What You Will Do
Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting, perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations, administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies, and deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (South Carolina)
- License acquired 1 year prior to application
- Ability to provide care in a home setting
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
