What You Will Do
Represent private equity sponsors in sophisticated private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions, advise clients on the acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies, and assist with all stages of private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of corporate transactional experience at a leading law firm
- Demonstrated experience representing private equity sponsors in the acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies
- Strong understanding of private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions
- Experience with sophisticated corporate transactions and related documentation
- Excellent drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice and good standing in the jurisdiction where the candidate resides
Benefits
