Role OverviewAdvantage Capital is seeking motivated, confident, and articulate individuals with 0–4 years of post-undergraduate experience. Candidates are expected to have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a strong record of leadership. This role begins with a primary focus on sourcing new investment opportunities—identifying and building relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and operators across a broad range of industries.
What You Will Do
Perform outreach for investment sourcing and build relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and operators of companies in a broad range of industries. Evaluate debt and equity investment opportunities. Complete financial analysis and modeling, industry research, and general due diligence on potential investments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field helpful but not required (or estimated graduation date spring/summer 2026)
- 0-4 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
