Role OverviewShea Ventures is seeking a Private Equity Associate to participate in all levels of transaction execution, perform financial analysis, and contribute to the firm's growth and expansion. The Associate will have the opportunity to gain experience and build a career with Shea Ventures. The role involves working with a two to three member transaction team and having responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
What You Will Do
The Associate will perform tasks such as obtaining confidential investment information, performing historical financial analysis, and writing comprehensive investment memoranda. They will also be responsible for monitoring portfolio financial performance, organizing due diligence processes, and participating in marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or mezzanine investing, and possess solid knowledge of structured finance, M&A transactions, accounting, and capital markets.
