Role OverviewJoin a leading Am Law firm with a highly regarded Investment Funds & Private Capital practice. Advise sophisticated clients across a broad range of private investment strategies, particularly funds focused on private equity, real estate, credit, and/or other illiquid asset classes.
What You Will Do
Advise sponsors, asset managers, and other sophisticated clients on the formation and structuring of private investment funds, handle fund formations, advise on capital raising, and counsel on a broad range of legal issues related to private funds and private capital investments.

Requirements
- Mid-senior level Associate Attorney with meaningful private funds experience
- Substantial experience with private fund formation and structuring
- Experience with funds focused on private equity, real estate, credit, and/or other illiquid asset classes
- Experience advising clients on capital raising and related legal matters
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Prior experience at a leading law firm
- Admission to practice law and good standing in the jurisdiction where the attorney will be hired
- Strong analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Benefits
- Salary range $310,000–$435,000 annually
