Role OverviewWe are seeking a mid-senior level Associate Attorney with meaningful private funds experience to join our highly regarded Investment Funds & Private Capital practice. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in the formation and structuring of private investment funds, particularly funds focused on private equity, real estate, credit, and/or other illiquid asset classes.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities of this position include advising sponsors, asset managers, and other sophisticated clients on the formation and structuring of private investment funds, handling fund formations involving private equity, real estate, credit, and/or other illiquid investment strategies, and counseling clients on capital raising and related legal and regulatory considerations.

Requirements
- Mid-senior level Associate Attorney with meaningful private funds experience
- Substantial experience with private fund formation and structuring
- Experience with funds focused on private equity, real estate, credit, and/or other illiquid asset classes
- Experience advising clients on capital raising and related legal matters
- Admission to practice law and good standing in the jurisdiction where the attorney will be hired
- Strong analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Benefits
- Anticipated salary range of $310,000–$435,000 annually
