Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will have substantial experience advising clients on the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds. This role offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated fund managers and investors on fund formation, regulatory compliance, fund restructurings, secondary transactions, and ongoing fund matters.
What You Will Do
Advise clients on the formation and structuring of private investment funds, draft and negotiate fund documents, provide ongoing legal counsel throughout the life of private investment funds, conduct due diligence and review investment-related documentation, and assist with fund marketing and investor relations matters.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of private investment funds experience

- Experience with the formation and structuring of private investment funds
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills involving fund documentation
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction required
