Job Description
We are seeking a Private Investment Fund/Investment Management Associate for a dynamic boutique law firm in Stamford, CT. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in private investment fund formation and related matters.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in private investment fund formation and related matters
  • Knowledge of fund terms and issues impacting private investment fund sponsors and investors
  • Relevant securities rules and regulations
  • Experience reviewing fund and co-invest documentation for institutional investors (plus)
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills
  • Large-firm or equivalent experience
  • CT Bar admission, or ability to become admitted in CT (required)
  • NY Bar admission (plus)
