Private Lacrosse Coach

Requirements

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group lacrosse lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client's availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients' preferred training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player's abilities and goals.
• Assess players' skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs.
• Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training lacrosse players of any age.
• Have reliable transportation for traveling to training locations.
• Pass a criminal background check
• Have strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients.
• Have an energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens.
• Have confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training.
• Be able to provide your own lacrosse training equipment for lessons.
