Job Description
STXZ Lacrosse is seeking private lacrosse coaches to conduct lessons for players of all ages in a flexible and rewarding environment. Trainers will travel to local parks, lacrosse fields, or clients' locations, choosing their own schedule and clients, and receiving payment within 24 hours post-lesson.

Requirements

  • Conduct private and small group lacrosse lessons
  • Schedule lessons flexibly
  • Travel safely to and from clients' locations
  • Create custom lesson plans
  • Assess players' skills and track progress
  • Deliver a comprehensive and engaging learning experience
  • Ensure safety of players
  • Communicate with clients and parents
  • Hold a minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training lacrosse players
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Have an energetic and engaging personality
  • Be able to work independently
  • Provide own lacrosse training equipment
