Job Description
Join STXZ Lacrosse as a private lacrosse coach and transform your passion into a rewarding career. Work within your community, set your own schedule, and receive payment within 24 hours post-lesson. No experience in private lacrosse training required, but 2 years of professional experience coaching or training lacrosse players is needed. STXZ provides the clients, and you have the flexibility to choose your own clients and schedule.

Requirements

  • Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group lacrosse lessons
  • Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client’s availability
  • Travel safely to and from clients’ preferred training locations
  • Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals
  • Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs
  • Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience
  • Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions
  • Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress
