STXZ is hiring experienced lacrosse coaches to join their private lacrosse training marketplace. Coaches will operate independently, running their own coaching business and earning up to $50 per lesson.

Requirements

  • Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
  • Reliable transportation to training locations
  • Willingness to complete a background check
  • Your own coaching equipment
  • Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
  • Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
