STXZ is hiring experienced lacrosse coaches to join their private lacrosse training marketplace. Coaches run their own independent coaching business, with STXZ handling client acquisition and payment processing.

Requirements

  • Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
  • Reliable transportation to training locations
  • Willingness to complete a background check
  • Own coaching equipment (cones, balls, training aids)
  • Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
