Job Description
STXZ is hiring experienced lacrosse coaches to join their private lacrosse training marketplace. Coaches will earn up to $50 per lesson coaching lacrosse on their own schedule, with no quotas or pressure. STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and billing, while coaches control their schedule, methods, and business.

Requirements

  • Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
  • Reliable transportation to training locations
  • Willingness to complete a background check
  • Own coaching equipment
  • Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
  • Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
