Private Lacrosse Coach

As a Private Lacrosse Coach, you will work as an independent contractor, running your own coaching business, with STXZ providing client acquisition and payment processing. You will have control over your schedule, clients, methods, and territory. STXZ handles client acquisition, matching, payment processing, billing, refunds, and disputes.

What You Will Do

You will operate as a 1099 independent contractor, coaching lacrosse on your schedule, with the potential to earn up to $50 per lesson. You will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way. You will submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.

Requirements

• Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience

• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
