Role OverviewAs a Private Lacrosse Coach, you will be working as an independent contractor, connecting with families through the STXZ platform. You will be responsible for your own coaching methods, business expenses, taxes, scheduling, and professional conduct. You will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule and choose your own clients.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will be to coach lacrosse lessons to clients, agree on schedules and locations, and submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after each session. You will be paid a flat rate of $35-$50 per hour session.

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
