Coaches operate as 1099 independent contractors, running their own independent coaching business, with STXZ handling client acquisition, matching, payment processing, and billing.
What You Will Do
As a private lacrosse coach, you will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run sessions your way. You will submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after each session and get paid.

Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
