As a coach, you will operate as an independent contractor, running your own business and working on your own schedule. You will be responsible for coaching lacrosse lessons to clients in your area, and we will handle client acquisition, matching, and payment processing.
What You Will Do
You will coach lacrosse lessons to clients in your area, working on your own schedule and using your own coaching methods. You will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way. You will submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session and get paid.

Requirements

- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
