Coaches run their own independent coaching business, and STXZ brings local clients. Coaches operate as 1099 independent contractors, handling administrative work and getting paid for completed sessions.
What You Will Do
Coaches contact clients directly within 24 hours, agree on schedule and location, and run sessions their way. Coaches submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session and get paid via PayPal. Coaches earn a flat per-lesson rate of $35–$50 per 1-hour session.

Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
