Role OverviewWe're hiring experienced lacrosse coaches to join our platform. You'll operate as an independent contractor, running your own coaching business, and we'll handle client acquisition and administrative work. You'll coach on your own schedule, with clients in your area, and get paid for each completed session.
What You Will Do
You'll contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run sessions your way. You'll submit a brief lesson report after each session and get paid via PayPal. You'll have control over your schedule, clients, methods, territory, and business.

Requirements

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
