Role OverviewSTXZ is hiring experienced lacrosse coaches to join the nation's #1 private lacrosse training marketplace. You run your own independent coaching business, and we bring you local clients. You operate as a 1099 independent contractor, a business owner, not an employee.
What You Will Do
You will coach lacrosse on your schedule, with clients sent to you by STXZ. You will contact the client directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way. You will submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session and get paid.

You will have control over your schedule, clients, methods, territory, and business. You will earn up to $50 per lesson, with fast payouts of 24-48 hours after submitting your lesson briefing. You will also have the opportunity to earn a 1099-NEC issued at year-end if you earn $2,000+ through the platform.
Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
