You will be connected with local clients through the STXZ platform, which handles administrative work and client acquisition. You will operate your own coaching business, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule, clients, and methods.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include coaching lacrosse sessions, submitting lesson briefings on the platform, and getting paid. You will have the freedom to choose your own drills, pacing, and structure for the sessions. You will also be responsible for communicating with parents, players, and the STXZ team.

Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
