What You Will Do
You will coach lacrosse on your schedule, with clients found through the STXZ platform. You will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way.

You will have control over your schedule, clients, methods, and territory. You will earn a flat per-lesson rate of $35-$50 per hour, with fast payouts and the option to carry your own personal insurance.
Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check
- Your own coaching equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
